under the said Rule 2 (e), I, R. K. Srivastava,

Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission

hereby appoint the Officer indicated in column

Officer for purpose of conducting the said

In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat

(Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava, Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission,

Officers within their concerned jurisdiction for the ensuing bye-elections to the vacant seats of Panchayat

In exercise of the powers conferred on me vide

Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat

(Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava,

Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission

hereby notify that the Electoral Rolls of the Goa

Legislative Assembly prepared under the

provisions or Representation of People Act, 1950

(Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force

as on 1st January, 2017 (published on 19th January,

2017) for such Constituencies of the Assembly or

any part thereof as is included in the areas within

the jurisdiction of the Constituency of the Zilla

Panchayat shall be adopted for the purpose

of preparation of Electoral Roll for holding

bye-elections to fill up the vacancies of Zilla

Panchayat members of 10–Calangute (General),

17–Corlim (Reserved for Women) of North-Goa Zilla

Panchayats issued by the Government vide

Notification of delimitation bearing No. 19/35/DP/

/ELN/2015/(1) dated 18th February, 2015

respectively.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me

vide Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla

Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K.

Srivastava, Commissioner of Goa State Election

Commission, hereby notify that the electoral rolls

of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under

the provisions of the Representation of People Act,

1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in

force as on 1st January, 2017 (published on 19th

January, 2017) for such Constituency of the

Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the

area within the jurisdiction of the Village Panchayat

shall be adopted for the purpose of preparation of

Electoral Rolls for ensuing bye-elections to Ward

No. IV of Village Panchayat Dramapur-Sirlim

(Reserved for OBC Women) in Salcete Taluka and

Ward No. III of Village Panchayat Morlem (General)

in Satari Taluka.
