be liable to pay to the Government leave salary

and pension contribution in respect of these

Officers at the prescribed rates. On expiry of the

deputation period, the Officers shall necessarily

be relieved to report back to the Department, unless

the deputation period is extended by the

competent authority. In the event the Officers

overstay for any reason whatsoever, they will be

liable for disciplinary action and other adverse

civil/service consequences.

The officers on joining their post on regular basis

shall send joining report to this Directorate for

records.

dispute”);

it expedient to refer the said dispute for

adjudication.
