In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 203 of the Goa Panchayat

Raj Act, 1994 (Goa Act 14 of 1994), I, R. K. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), Goa State Election

Commissioner, hereby appoint the Mamlatdar of Sanguem and Ponda Talukas as the

“Requisitioning Authority” and authorise them to requisition premises, vehicles

etc. for the purpose of bye-elections to Ward No. VII of Village Panchayat Uguem

(General) in Sanguem Taluka, Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Marcaim (Reserved

for OBC) and Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Cundaim (General) in Ponda Taluka.
