Subject: Extension of time limit for intimation of

details of stock held on the date preceding

the date from which the option for

composition levy is exercised in FORM

GST CMP-03.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule

(4) of Rule 3 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax

Rules, 2017 read with Section 168 of the Goa Goods

and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017)

(hereafter referred to as the “said Act”), on

the recommendations of the Council, and in

supersession of Order No. CCT/26-2/2017-18/5 dated

30th October, 2017, published in the Official

Gazette, Series II No. 30, Extraordinary No. 3 dated

31st October, 2017, the period for intimation of

details of stock held on the date preceding the

date from which the option to pay tax under Section

10 of the said Act is exercised in FORM GST

CMP-03 is extended till 31st January, 2018.

the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act No. 59 of

1988), read with Section 21 of the General Clauses

Act, 1897 (No. 10 of 1897), the Government of Goa

hereby amends the Government Notification No.

D.Tpt/EST/839/IV/2011 dated 13-01-2011, published

in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 44 dated

27-01-2011 (hereinafter referred to as the “said

Notification”), as follows, namely:-

In the said Notification, after the entry at serial

number 12, the following entry shall be inserted,

namely:-

“12A. Shri Keshav V. Ghodke, GDM(T)/RSO, RO

Mumbai ... Member”.
