re-employed pensioners) Order, 1986 as well as

the instruction contained on the Personnel

Department’s OM No. 10/1/77-PER dated 24-6-2015.

Head 3053—Civil Aviation; 02—Airport; 800—Other

Expenditure; 01—Establishment of Airport Cell

(Plan); 01—Salaries under Demand No. 84 (Civil

Aviation).

should not be initiated for the de-registration of

Sidhagiri Gurukul Co-op. Housing Society Ltd.,

Mapusa. But no reply has been received in the

matter. It is also noticed/observed that nobody on

behalf of the society remained present on the above

date and time which clearly indicates that the

management of the society is not interested in

starting/commencing the business of the society.

(pre-revised) in the pay scale of Rs. 15,600-39,100

(pre-revised) plus Academic Grade pay of Rs. 5,400/-

(pre-revised).

Shri Abhinav Joydeep Bhattacharjee will be on

probation for a period of two years.

He should join duties within 30 days of the

receipt of this order, failing which this order is

liable to be cancelled without further notice.

He has been declared fit by Medical Board, Goa

Medical College & Hospital, Bambolim vide letter

No. 4/105/85-H/GMC/2017/648 dated 8-11-2017. His

character and antecedents have been verified and

nothing adverse is reported against him as

conveyed by the Dy. Collector & DRO, Office of the

was constituted vide Notification No. 2-103(69)-

2014/DW&CD/10524 dated 09-12-2014 as per the

provisions of Section 91 the Goa Juvenile Justice

(Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2013 and

Section 29 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2000. The

tenure of the existing Child Welfare Committees

North Goa District expired on 18-12-2017.

The Child Welfare Committee South Goa to

function/assume the responsibilities of Child

Welfare Committee North till the constitution of

the new Child Welfare Committee North Goa.

This order supersedes the Order No. 2-103(69)-

-2014/DWCD/6015 dated 08-12-2017 & Corrigendum
