CCT/26-2/2017-18/28
In exercise of the powers conferred by the
second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 37 read
with Section 168 of the Goa Goods and Services
Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017) (hereinafter in
this Notification referred to as the “said Act”) and
in supersession of Notification No. CCT/26-2/2017-
-18/22 dated the 15th November, 2017, published
in the Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 2,
Series II No. 32 dated the 15th November, 2017,
except as respects things done or omitted to be
done before such supersession, the Commissioner,
on the recommendations of the Council, hereby
extends the time limit for furnishing the details
of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 under
sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the said Act for the
months as specified in column (2) of the Table, by
such class of registered persons having aggregate
turnover of more than 1.5 crore rupees in the
preceding financial year or the current financial

There is one Extraordinary issue to the Official

2. The extension of the time limit for furnishing
the details or return, as the case may be, under
sub-section (2) of Section 38 and sub-section (1) of

into force from the 29th day of December, 2017.

Governor of Goa is pleased to grant extension in
service to Shri Gajanan P. Bhat, Deputy Director of
Education, officiating as Director of Education
beyond the date of his superannuation for a period
of one year w.e.f. 01-01-2018 to 31-12-2018 in public
interest. The said extension shall be subject to
Vigilance Clearance, concurrence of Finance
Department and approval of Council of Ministers.
The extension is subject to termination without
assigning any reasons at any time during the period
of extension.

Corrigendum
No. 22/7/2017-PER/003
Read: Order No. 22/7/2017-PER dated 26-05-2017.
The second para of the order dated 26-05-2017
shall be substituted to be read as below:-
“They shall exercise option for fixation of pay
within a period of one month from the date of issue
of order. The pay of the officers shall be fixed as
per rules”.
Following para shall be inserted after the last
para of the order:-
“The Pay of Officers shall be fixed from the date
of acceptance of promotion i.e. on 26-05-2017
instead of date of joining in relaxation to the FR-17”.
