In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of the Goa Goods

and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017

(Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Commissioner, upon consultation with the Chief Commissioner of Central

Tax, hereby notifies that no E-way Bill may be generated in respect of intra-State movement of

any goods, where the movement of goods commences and terminates in the State on or before

the 31st day of May, 2018.

This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of February, 2018.
