St. Inez, Panaji, Goa, Maria Conceicao Fernandes

intestate or without leaving any Will or any other

disposition of her last wish, however leaving behind

her two children as his only and universal heirs,

namely:- (A) (one) Mr. Florence Fernandes, aged

about 39 years, service, unmarried, Indian National

and (B) (two) Mr. Joseph Fernandes, aged 34 years,

service, unmarried, Indian National and both

residents of House No. 305/3, Dando, Siolim, Bardez,

Goa, that they the declarants have perfect

knowledge of all these facts which interalia are

public and well known and considering that they

the declarants have been in close contact with the

family of the said deceased. That by the present

deed, they the Declarants, do hereby affirm and

confirm that the said Mr. Florence Fernandes aged

about 39 years, service, unmarried, Indian National

and (B) (two) Mr. Joseph Fernandes, aged 34 years,

service, unmarried, Indian National and both

residents of House No. 305/3, Dando, Siolim, Bardez,

Goa, are the only and universal heirs and successors

to the estate/inheritance left by the said Leonardo

Fernandes and Maria Conceicao Fernandes and

that there is no other person or persons who as per

the prevailing law in force in this State of Goa,

may be preferred to the aforesaid heirs or who may

have a better claim to the estate of the said

deceased.

That besides the said heirs there does not exist

any other person or persons or heirs who according

to the Law of Succession prevailing in this State of

the use of my former name of Saida Bi Ismail

Khan and in place thereof do assume from the

date thereof the name of Saida Bi Noroddin

Sayed and so that I may hereafter be called,

known and distinguished not by my former

name but my assumed name of Saida Bi

Noroddin Sayed.

For the purpose of evidencing such my

determination, declare that I shall at all times

hereafter in all records, deeds, writings and in

all proceedings, dealings and transactions,

private as well as public and upon all

occasions whatsoever use and sign the name

of Saida Bi Noroddin Sayed as my name in

place of and in substitution for my former name

of Saida Bi Ismail Khan.
