(Goa Act 14 of 1994) read with sub-rule (2) of Rule

Sanction of the Government is hereby accorded
to Smt. Smita R. Chandwani and Shri Francisco
Julio da Piedade da Veiga Barbosa Noronha, both
Joint Secretary (Law), (Group “A” Gazetted), Law
Department (Legal Affairs) to draw pay in the
revised scale of Level-12 of the Pay Matrix of the
CCS (Revised) Pay Rules, 2016, with effect from
the date of their promotion to the post of Joint
Secretary (Law), vide Order referred to in the
preamble.

This upgradation shall be treated as ‘Promotion’,
in terms of Rule 13 of the C.C.S. (Revised) Pay Rules,
2016.
The pay of the officer shall be fixed accordingly
as per CCS (Revised) Pay Rules, 2016.
The officer shall exercise the option to fix the
pay within one month from the date of this order.
This issues with the concurrence of Finance
(Rev. & Cont.) Department vide their U.O.
No. 1400042879 dated 27-11-2017.
This has also been concurred by Goa Public

On the recommendation of the Goa Public
Service Commission as conveyed vide their letter
No. COM/I/5/14(3)/2015/636 dated 17-05-2017,
Government is pleased to appoint Dr. Shalmali Viraj
Dhond to the post of Lecturer in the Department of
Periodontology (Group “A” Gazetted) in Level-10 of
Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band-3 of Rs. 15,600-
-39,100 with Rs. 5,400 Grade Pay) under Goa Dental
College & Hospital with immediate effect as per
the terms and conditions contained in the
Memorandum cited above.
Dr. Shalmali Viraj Dhond shall be on probation
for a period of one year.
Dr. Shalmali Viraj Dhond has been declared
medically fit by the Medical Board and her
antecedents have been verified by the Additional
Collector & Additional District Magistrate, North
Goa, Panaji.
The above appointment is made against the

uncontrolled leading to environmental issues and safety aspects.
And whereas Government considering the need is making available the vacant spaces by the sides
of the National Highways and State roads where land is available and has been acquired for road
widening but has still not been utilized for the purpose.
And whereas such locations are more particularly described in the Table below.
