The Executive Engineer, W. D. XXV (Roads),

The works be strictly as per the specifications along

with installation of necessary cautionary signboards

and road markings of thermoplastic paint, fixing of

cat-eyes, as per IRC specifications laid down by the

Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as

published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 15

dated 15th July, 2005 by the Government of Goa.

The signboards shall be installed as per

specifications laid in the Seventh Schedule under

the Goa Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2005

& shall be located 40 meters in advance of the

speed breaker and at the placement of the speed

breaker.

Action taken report including photographs of

the work executed must be submitted to this office

within 30 days.

The declarants further stated that they have

absolute knowledge of the above facts which

interalia area public and well known. By this present

deed the declarants therefore do hereby confirm,

affirm and state that for all legal purposes the party

herein, the said Mr. Preciosa Antonio Martins, and

his wife Mrs. Emelia Joanita Lobo e Martins, are

the sole universal successors and heirs of the said

Mr. Diogo Anthony Martins alias Diogo Antonio

Martins and the said Mrs. Eliza Martins alias

Eleuteria Maria Conceicao Almeida and that there

is no other persons as per the prevailing law that

may have preference over them or who may concur

alongwith them to the estate left by the said

deceased person.

substitutions of my former name/surname.

That I expressly authorize and request all

persons in general and relatives, friends in

particular, at all times hereafter to designate

and address me, my husband, my children,

and remitter issue by such assumed

I say that I married with Nanishwar Naik and

registered our marriage on 1-6-2006 before

Civil Registrar of Quepem under Reg.

No. 291/06 and my name as per Hindu

religious rites it changed from Jayanti

Babuso Naik to Bramahvi Nanishwar Naik.

I say that Jayanti Babuso Naik and Bramahvi

Nanishwar Naik are my names & is one &

same person.

I say that there is no other person of said

name in locality.

I say that I swear this affidavit to produce

Notice

The subscribers to the Official Gazette are kindly

reminded that their present subscription term ends on the

31st March, 2018, being the end of financial year.

In case they wish to continue to be subscribers for the

ensuing financial year 2018-2019 they have to renew their
