Art I.: In the Village of Navelim, Divadi, Tiswadi
Taluka exists the Devalaya of “Om Shri Shakti
Vinayak Saunsthan and Panchayathan Temple of
Divadi Trust”
The following temples are affiliated to the above
Devalaya:-
Art II.: Resolution No. 35 true copy of the
Resolution passed in the General Body Meeting of
the Mahajan of “Om Shri Shakti Vinayak Saunsthan
and Panchayathan Temple of Divadi Trust” held on
22-04-2018 at the premises of “Om Shri Shakti
Vinayak Saunsthan and Panchayathan Temple of
Divadi Trust, Navelim, Divadi-Goa to amendments
subject to such modification as may be made by
General Body as Mahajans-Trustees to nominate
their successor and list of New Mahajans duly
enrolled as Mahajans-Trustees and Co-trustees list
and were read and discussed thoroughly and
approved unanimously by the Mahajans present for
the meeting and it was further decided to submit
the copy to the Mamlatdar, Tiswadi for the
necessary actions.
Art III.: Amendments subjects to such
modification as may be made by General Body as
follows:-

Art IV.: The General Body of the Devalaya shall
be composed those persons professing Hindu
religion and resident of Diwar who may in future
be admitted as co-trustees by the General Body of
the Devalaya, such person may belong on payment
of entrance fee of Rs. 5,000/- such enrollment fee as
may be prescribed for the purpose by the General
Body of the Devasthan.
Art V.: Income of Om Shri Shakti Vinayak
Saunsthan consist of the following:
1. Shri Brahman Temple.
2. Shri Hanuman Temple.
3. The building of multi-purpose hall.
4. The building of Om Shri Shakti Vinayak Sankul
shopping and residential complex.
Art VI.:
1. A trust shall be managed by managing
company consist of not less than 3 and not
more than 5 members.
2. The minimum qualification to become a
managing committee member is SSC or
equivalent.
3. The managing committee or General Body can
nominate such sub-committee which deem
necessary.
Art VII.: The following are the penalties
prescribed for those who contravene the duties or
disobey the order of the General Body in relation to
the temple administration.
1.
The trustees fund shall be operated by the
Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer and shall
be responsible for the maintenance of accounts
and funds of the trust and to prepare a report
of that activities. The financial year and the
balance sheet and profit and loss a/c for the
year & shall be placed the same before the
annual body meeting to be held in the month
of December.

The Administration of the Devasthan are
directed by Chief Secretary in respect of order
dated 13-10-2015 passed by the Hon’ble High
Court in PIL W.P. No. 21/2015 on 29-10-2016 to
furnish the Audit Report on annual budget
and same is required to be approval
unanimously by the Mahajans present for the
General Body Meeting and to be submitted to
the Government for approval as desired, if not
serious action will be taken against the
administration of the Devalaya for non
performance.

Official Gazette on l8th August, 1994 (Sravana 27,
1916).
II. Update Mahajans-Trustees & Co-trustees list
as on 31-12-2017.
III. Amendments subject to such modification as
may be made by General Body and published on
Official Gazette on 9th September, 2005 (Bhadra 18,
1927).
IV. Deed of the “Om Shri Shakti Vinayak
Saunsthan and Panchayathan Temple of Divadi
Trust” of Divadi Trust, made at Panaji 26th day of
April in the year of one thousand nine hundred
eighty two (26-04-1982).
