authorise the erection of traffic signboards “No
Parking” in order to regulate the motor vehicular
traffic.
The Commissioner, Corporation of the City of
Panaji, Tiswadi is directed to publish this

In exercise of the powers conferred on me
under Section 112 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988
and Rule 264A of the Motor Vehicles Rules, 1991 as
amended in 2005 and as recommended by the
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Traffic (North),
Panaji & Executive Engineer, WD-XXIII, PWD,
Bicholim, I, Nila Mohanan, IAS, District Magistrate,
North Goa hereby notify construction of Thick
Rumbler Strips (15 Nos.) of white thermoplastic
fluorescent paint at a distance of about 15 meters
on all four roads at Konir Junction, Amona, Bicholim
within the jurisdiction of the Village Panchayat
Amona in Bicholim Taluka.
The above Thick Rumbler Strips shall be painted
with white thermoplastic flouresent paint and fixed
with blinkers for better visibility.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on
me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also
authorise the erection of cautionary signboards
“Thick Rumbler Strips” & “Go Slow” in order to
regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Secretary Village Panchayat Amona,
Bicholim and P.W.D. (Engineering Cell) are directed
to publish this notification through the Director of
Information and Publicity in newspapers and to
make necessary arrangements to erect the Thick
Rumbler Strips at the places indicated above as per
the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways and as published in the
Official Gazette by the Government of Goa and
report compliance within fifteen days time.

Pandit relinquished their iliquid and undivided
rights that they had to the inheritance left by their
late mother/mother-in-law, Mathurabai Quenim, in
favour of the other co-heirs in precise terms of

force in the State of Goa (Present Section 30 of the
Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory
Proceeding Act, 2012) Mr. Dattatray Amonkar,
husband of Sunita nee Lata Amonkar by a Deed of
Relinquishment dated 03-09-1993, duly represented
by his attorney Shri Gururamnath alias Ramnath
Quenim also relinquished his illiquid and undivided
rights that he had to the inheritance left by his late
mother-in-law, Mathurabai Quenim in favour of the
other co-heirs in precise terms of Article 2029 of
the Civil Code, then in force in the State of Goa
(Present Section 30 of the Goa Succession, Special
Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012).
That Maya Pandit married to Uday Pandit expired
on 16-10-1999 in Dona Paula, Panjim, Goa. That Shri
Narcinva Purxotoma Quenim married to Rukhma
Vishnu Sinai Dempo is the sole and universal of the
deceased Shri Purxotoma Quenim and Mathurabai
Quenim as Usha Talaulikar and her husband Jaivant
Talaulikar, Sumitra nee Lata Amonkar and her
husband Dattatray Amonkar, late Maya Pandit and
her husband Uday Pandit have relinquished their
rights, title and interests to the inheritance of their
late father/father-in-law Purxotoma Quenim and

there does not exist any other person other than

relinquished their share of the rights in the estate
left behind by her father/mother and his father-in-
