Whereas the bye-election to Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Sazora in
Salcete Taluka is scheduled to be held on 29th July, 2018.
Now, therefore, I, Shri R. K. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), State Election
Commissioner, Goa State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under
Article 243 K of the Constitution of India and Section 237 of the Goa Panchayat
Raj Act, 1994 read with Rule 49 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat
(Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, do hereby notify that the Counting of Votes
in respect of bye-election to Ward No. II of Village Panchayat will be done on
30th July, 2018 from 8.00 hrs. till the counting is completed as mentioned below:

Corrigendum

Read: Order No. 4/18/Bye-Elec/MCS/2018-SEC/674 dated 29-06-2018.
In the Order quoted above at Serial No. 1 column No. 2, the name of the AAO
shall be read as “Shri Vitorino S. Colasso” instead of “Shri Vetorine Colaco.”
The remaining part of the order remains unchanged.
