In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 4 of the Business of the Government

of Goa (Allocation) Rules, 1987 and all other powers enabling her in that behalf, the

Governor of Goa in consultation with Chief Minister, hereby directs that during the

period of absence of the Ministers, Shri Francis D’Souza and Shri Pandurang

Madkaikar, the business of the Government allocated to the said Ministers vide the

Government Notification No. 1/7/2017-GAD-II/2788 dated 12-09-2017, published in

the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 2, Series II No. 23 dated 12-09-2017, shall be

looked after by Shri Manohar Parrikar, Chief Minister.
