initial pay of Rs. 15,600/- (pre-revised) in the Pay
Scale of Rs. 15,600-39,100 (pre-revised) (PB-3)+
Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 6,000/-] w.e.f. the date
of joining as per the terms & conditions contained
in the Memorandum cited above.
The appointment is against the post of Assistant
Professor in Architecture vacant since creation vide
Order No. 16/1/10/2002-DTE/1444 dated 04-08-2003
and subsequently revived vide Order No. DTE/

The terms of reference of the above Committee
shall be as under:
(I) To deliberate on following aspects and to offer
suggestion for preparation of State Export
Strategy.
(i) Potential of harnessing Geographical
Indicator (GI) based products which have
great export potential from the respective
districts in the State by creating awareness,
orientation and training.
(ii) To build the right eco-system that can
promote exports. The linkages between
exports, manufacturing investment, ease of
doing business, skilling, etc.
(iii) Need to identify and address the logistics
and infrastructure gaps which affects
India’s exports.
(iv) To provide Start-up’s and small units access
to markets.
(v) To emphasize on areas like promotion of
standards, certification and traceback;
export logistics; services export; value
addition in the exports of goods; organic
cultivation and certification.
(vi) To assess the market competiveness of a
sector/products.
(vii) To identify champion sector such as:
a) Sectors with high global demands.
b) Sectors currently contributing to a
significant share of the State’s export.
c) Sectors where State’s show high
competitiveness in domestic market.
d) Sectors with significant contribution in
domestic production and trade value.
e) Sectors which can generate more
employment.
f) Service sectors that can promote services
exports.
(II) The Committee shall meet at least once in a
quarter.

Disabilities Act, 2016 (Central Act No. 49 of 2016)
designates the Executive Magistrate, within his
jurisdiction as the designated Protective Officer
for the purpose of said Section.
And whereas, Section 23 of the said Act,
authorizes every Government establishment for
appointment of a Grievance Redressel Officer for
the purpose of Sec. 19 and 20 of the said Act.
Therefore in exercise of powers conferred under
Section 23 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
Act, 2016, I, the undersigned hereby appoint every
Taluka Mamlatdar within the North Goa District as
the Grievance Redressal Officer under the said Act,
for the respective area under his/her territorial
jurisdiction.
This order shall come into force at once.
