54. An Ordinary General Body Meeting of the
registered Mahajans of Shree Navadurga Saunsthan,
Madkai, is hereby convened to meet in the Meeting
Hall of Keni Hotel, 18th June road, Panaji, on Sunday,
28th October, 2018 at 10.30 a.m. to discuss the

1. To discuss and approve the regular budget
estimate of the Saunsthan for the year 2019-20
(01-04-2019 to 31-03-2020), prepared by the
Managing Committee.
The draft budget estimate shall be kept open
in the Office of Devasthan President for 10
days before the meeting i.e. from 18-10-2018
to 27-10-2018, for inspection by the registered
Mahajans.
2. Discussion and approval of accounts of the
Saunsthan for the financial year 2017-18,
