In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries
(Regulation) Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and in
supersession of the Government Notification No. 1-49-2018-19/DSSL/Part/1411 dated 31st
August, 2018, published on the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series I No. 22 dated 31st
August, 2018, the Government of Goa hereby frames the following weekly lottery schemes,
namely:—

(l) All the tickets printed, shall have a Bar Code with Lottery code, Date of Draw, Time of Draw,
Lottery Number with Series and a unique Random Number as Security Measure.
This Notification shall come into force with the effect from 3rd day of December, 2018.

This Notification shall come into force with the effect from 3rd day of December, 2018.
