In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries (Regulation)
Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and section 21 of the
General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Government of Goa hereby amends Government
Notification No. 1-49-2018-19/DSSL/Part dated 30th August, 2018, published in the Official
Gazette, Extraordinary No. 2, Series I No. 22 dated 31st August, 2018 (hereinafter referred as
the “Principal Notification”) as follows, namely:—
In the Principal Notification, in the table of Names of Weekly Lottery, for the entries against
Serial Nos. 1 to 6 shall be omitted.
This notification shall come into force with the effect from 26th day of November, 2018.

Play and Draw Instructions:
1. The buyer has a wide range to choose numbers from 01 to 80. There would be 20 numbers drawn.
The buyer could select from 2 to 10 numbers i.e. he can select 2 numbers, 3 numbers, 4 numbers, 5
numbers, 6 numbers, 7 numbers, 8 numbers, 9 numbers or 10 numbers.
2. If the buyer chooses 2 numbers which match with any two numbers of the 20 numbers drawn, then
he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 150/-.
3. If the buyer chooses 3 numbers, and if 2 of the 3 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn,
he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 45/- and if 3 of the 3 numbers chosen match with the 20
numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 225/-.
4. If the buyer chooses 4 numbers, and if 2 of the 4 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn,
he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 20/- and if 3 of the 4 numbers chosen match with the 20
numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 45/- and if 4 of the 4 numbers chosen match
with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 750/-.
5. If the buyer chooses 5 numbers, and if 3 of the 5 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn,
he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 35/- and if 4 of the 5 numbers chosen match with the 20
numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 300/- and if 5 of the 5 numbers chosen match
with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 5000/-.
6. If the buyer chooses 6 numbers, and if 3 of the 6 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn,
he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 20/- and if 4 of the 6 numbers chosen match with the 20
numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 100/- and if 5 of the 6 numbers chosen match
with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 900/- and if 6 of the 6 numbers
chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 7440/- for Monday,
Rs. 7450/- for Tuesday Rs. 7460/- for Wednesday, Rs. 7470/- for Thursday, Rs. 7480/- for Friday,
Rs. 7490/- for Saturday and Rs. 7500/- for Sunday.
7. If the buyer chooses 7 numbers, and if 3 of the 7 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn,
he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 20/- and if 4 of the 7 numbers chosen match with the 20
numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 35/- and if 5 of the 7 numbers chosen match
with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 180/- and if 6 of the 7 numbers
chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 1500/- and if 7 of
the 7 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of
Rs. 60,000/-. If there are more than one winner in 7 of the 7 number category, the prize amount will
be divided equally among the winners.

8. If the buyer chooses 8 numbers, and if 4 of the 8 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn,
he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 20/- and if 5 of the 8 numbers chosen match with the 20
numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 100/- and if 6 of the 8 numbers chosen match
with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 1200/- and if 7 of the 8 numbers
chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 6940/- for Monday,
Rs. 6950/- for Tuesday Rs. 6960/- for Wednesday, Rs. 6970/- for Thursday, Rs. 6980/- for Friday,
Rs. 6990/- for Saturday and Rs. 7000/- for Sunday and if 8 of the 8 numbers chosen match with the 20
numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 5,00,000/-. If there are more than one winner
in 8 of the 8-number category, the prize amount will be divided equally among the winners.
9. If the buyer chooses 9 numbers, and if 4 of the 9 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn,
he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 20/- and if 5 of the 9 numbers chosen match with the 20
numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 45/- and if 6 of the 9 numbers chosen match
with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 300/- and if 7 of the 9 numbers
chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 1250/- and if 8 of
the 9 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of
Rs. 75,000/- and if 9 of the 9 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a
prize winning of Rs. 11,00,000/-, if there are more than one winner in 8 of the 9 and 9 of the 9 number
category, the prize amount will be divided equally among the winners.
10. If the buyer chooses 10 numbers, and if 4 of the 10 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers
drawn, he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 15/- and if 5 of the 10 numbers chosen match with the
20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 40/- and if 6 of the 10 numbers chosen
match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 125/- and if 7 of the 10
numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 1000/-
and if 8 of the 10 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize
winning of Rs. 10,000/- and if 9 of the 10 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is
entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 1,00,000/- and if 10 of the 10 numbers chosen match with the 20
numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 15,00,000/-. If there are more than one
winner in 9 of the 10 and 10 of the 10 number category, the prize amount will be divided equally
among the winners.
11. One selection will be eligible for only one prize, whichever is higher.

select as many 5 numbers he wishes by paying appropriate amount as per the number of selections.

drawn and the remaining 1 number with the Bonus Ball drawn, he will win Rs.1,00,000/-. In
case of more than one winner, the prize amount will be divided equally among all the winners

iii) If the player matches any 5 numbers of his selected 6 numbers with the 6 main numbers
drawn but does not match Bonus Ball, he will win Rs. 8,000/-.
iv) If the player matches any 4 numbers of his selected 6 numbers with the 6 main numbers
drawn and any 1 number with the Bonus Ball drawn, he will win Rs. 2000/-.
v) If the player matches any 4 numbers of his selected 6 numbers with the 6 main numbers
drawn but does not match Bonus Ball, he will win Rs. 400/-.
vi) If the player matches any 3 numbers of his selected 6 numbers with the 6 main numbers
drawn and any 1 number with the Bonus Ball drawn, he will win Rs. 100/-.
vii) If the player matches any 3 numbers of his selected 6 numbers with the 6 main numbers
drawn but does not match Bonus Ball, he will win Rs. 30/-.
viii) If the player matches any 2 numbers of his selected 6 numbers with the 6 main numbers
drawn and any 1 number with the Bonus Ball drawn, he will win Rs. 20/-.
3. One ticket/selection will be eligible for one prize only whichever is higher.

I. Play Instructions:
The player has to select 5 (five) numbers from 01 to 42 and one Power Ball from 01 to 15 for one play
(e.g. 09 22 17 38 33 & 11PB). The player can select as many 5 numbers & 1 Power Ball as he wishes
by paying appropriate amount as per the number of selections.
II. Draw Instructions:
5 Numbers between 01 and 42 and one Power Ball between 01 and 15 shall be drawn (Example: 05
09 22 33 19 & 11 PB).
i) If the player matches all his selected 5 main numbers with the 5 main numbers drawn and
the Power Ball with the Power Ball drawn he will win the Jackpot. In case of more than one
winner, the Jackpot Fund will be divided equally among all the winners (Pari-mutuel).
ii) If the player matches his selected 5 main numbers with the 5 main numbers drawn, but does
not match the selected Power Ball with the Power Ball Drawn, he will win Rs. 5,00,000/-. In
case of more than one winner, the prize amount will be divided equally among all the winners
(Pari-mutuel).
iii) If the player matches any 4 numbers of his selected 5 main numbers with the 5 main numbers
drawn and the Power Ball with the Power Ball drawn, he will win Rs. 35,000/-.
iv) If the player matches any 4 numbers of his selected 5 main numbers with the 5 main numbers
drawn, but does not match the selected Power Ball with the Power Ball Drawn, he will win
Rs. 5000/-.

III. Method of distribution of prize amount:

considered as Prize Fund.
