In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries (Regulation)
Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and section 21 of the
General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Government of Goa hereby amends Government
Notification No. 1-49-2018-19/DSSL/Part dated 30th August, 2018, published in the Official
Gazette, Extraordinary No. 2, Series I No. 22 dated 31st August, 2018 (hereinafter referred as
the “Principal Notification”) as follows, namely:—
In the Principal Notification, in the table of Names of Weekly Lottery, for the entries against
Serial Nos. 7 shall be omitted.
This notification shall come into force with the effect from 17th day of December, 2018.

Play and Draw Instructions:
1. The buyer has a wide range to choose numbers from 1000 - 2999 and a series from 00-99/A, B, C,
D, E, G, H, J, K, L E.G.: 39C 1214.
2. For first prize, one number of 4 digits from 1000 - 2999 and a series from 00-99/A, B, C, D, E, G, H,
J, K, L shall be drawn (e.g. 48B 1013). The player who matches all his selected numbers with
series with the drawn number in same sequence will be eligible for first prize.
3. For 2nd prize, one number of 4 digits from 1000 - 2999 and a series from 00-99/A, B, C, D, E, G, H,
J, K, L shall be drawn (e.g. 17B 1003). The player who matches all his selected numbers with
series with the drawn number in same sequence will be eligible for 2nd prize.
4. For 3rd prize, 20 individual numbers of 4 digits from 1000 - 2999 shall be drawn, applicable to all
series. The player, who matches all his selected 4 digits number with the drawn number, in same
sequence, will be eligible for 3rd prize.
5. One selection is eligible for only one prize, whichever is higher.
6. NO PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED FOR ANY COMBINATIONS LESS THAN FOUR DIGITS.
