120/03/JERC-FPPCA/CEE/Tech
Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories has
notified Fuel and Power Purchase Cost Adjustment Formula (FPPCA) vide Order dated
27-06-2012 in compliance of judgment dated 11-11-2011 in O.P. No. 1 and as required to be
specified under Clause 7(2) of JERC for State of Goa and UTs (Terms and Conditions for
Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009. Further JERC vide Tariff Order dated 23rd May, 2017
has approved ‘K’ factor for 2017-18 applicable for different consumer categories for use in the
FPPCA formula.
The levy of FPPCA for 4th quarter of FY 2017-18 (January, 2018 to March, 2018) to be levied
for the consumption of April 2018 to be billed in May 2018, May 2018 to be billed in June 2018 &
June 2018 to be billed in July 2018 as tabulated below is hereby brought to the notice of the
general public.
