In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries (Regulation)
Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and in supersession of the
Government Notification No. 1-49-2018-19/DSSL/Part/1416 dated 31st August, 2018, published
on the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series I No. 22 dated 31st August, 2018, the
Government of Goa hereby frames the following Monthly Lottery Scheme, namely:—

(l) All the tickets printed, shall have Logo and Imprint of the State with specimen signature, Date of
Draw, Time of Draw, Lottery Number with Series and a unique Random Number as Security
Measure.
Note: Details of Unsold Tickets if any shall be intimated by the Distributor before the Draw time by means of
electronic, internet or any other media.
This Notification shall come into force with the effect from 27th day of February, 2019.
