H. P. Holidays & Travels, c/o Mrs. Nishalata Shetty,
H. No. 1/301/7, Shop No. 7, Patto Centre, Patto,
Panaji-Goa from the Register of Travel Agency No.
13 vide page No. 45 maintained under the aforesaid
Act, as Mrs. Nishalata Shetty, has ceased to operate
the said Travel Agency in her premises at Patto,
Panaji-Goa.
Consequently, the Certificate No. TRAN000193
dated 31-10-2017 issued under the said Act stands
cancelled.

have been in close contact with the family of the

Succession that the declarants do hereby affirm and
confirm for all legal purpose that there are no other
person or persons.
That the declarants have no interest than to
affirm the truth and not related to the deceased nor
her heirs hereto mentioned. Thereafter the party
agreed, confirmed and satisfied that all the facts
affirmed by the declarants are absolutely correct
and true and as such she accepts them for all legal
purposes.
The interested party has stated before me that,
the declaration made above by the declarants are
absolutely true and correct and as such she accept
the same for all purpose and intents to add further
that, in the estate and inheritance left by the
deceased.
That the parties of the First Part or the declarants
have perfect knowledge of all these facts that the
aforesaid are the only legal heirs and successors of
the above referred deceased person and there is no
other person who as per the law in force in Goa may
have preference over them or who may concur with
them to the estate left by the said deceased.
That besides the above said heirs there does not
exist any other person or persons or heirs who
according to the Law of Inheritance prevailing in
this State of Goa may have a preferential right over
the above named heirs in the inheritance or who
may concur with them or have a better claim to the
inheritance/estate left by the said deceased

Anandwadi, Sanvordem, Sanguem-Gao, as their only
and universal heir or person who on terms of Law
of Succession in force in the State of Goa, may
prefer the said heir hereby qualifying to the
succession of the deceased father Raia alias Raya
and mother Radhabai or could concur with them to
the inheritance left by the same. That they the
daclarants hereto are perfectly aware of all the facts
stated by them above as they are in close contact
with the family of the deceased persons are not
relatives who could succeed the said heir nor they
in making the present solemn declaration on oath
have any other interest than that of testifying the
truth and therefore they declare and affirm for all
legal purposes that said Esvonta Raia Lada alias
Yeshwant Raya Laad is the only and universal heir
thereafter the declarants stated that in the
inheritance or estate left by the deceased person’s
Raia and Radhabai.
And that besides the above said heirs there
exists no other person or persons who could prefer
or concur to the estate/inheritance left by the said
deceased persons.
