In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-clause (a) of Clause (2) of

Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, Mridula Sinha, Governor of Goa, on this

4th day of February, 2019, hereby prorogue the Legislative Assembly of Goa, which

was adjourned sine die on 31st January, 2019, after its Seventh Session 2019, of the

Seventh Legislative Assembly.
