Election to Serula Comunidade Committee

I, Shri Gaurish J. Shankhwalkar, Administrator of

Comunidades of North Zone, Mapusa in accordance

with provisions of Article 47 of the Code of

Comunidades, makes known to all concerned that

the members of the Managing Committee of

Comunidade of Serula has to be elected for the

triennium 2019-2022. A meeting of the Jonoeiros and

Shareholders of Comunidade of Serula is hereby

convened to meet at Azad Bhavan Hall, Pundolik

Nagar, opposite Majestic Hotel, Porvorim, Bardez-

-Goa at 10.30 a.m. on 03-03-2019 (Sunday) in order to

elect the effective Attorney, Effective Treasurer and

their substitutes as the filing of nomination process

for the post of Managing Committee members has

already been completed on 25-01-2019.

All voters i.e. Jonoeiros and Shareholders are

required to produce any one of the proofs of identity

as prescribed by the State Election Commission as

under. Please also note that due to large number of

voters of Comunidade, it will not be possible to

identify voters without any proof and therefore

identity proof as under is mandatory and any person

without identity proof will not be allowed entry in

the election hall on above date during the election

proceedings. All voters are therefore requested to

kindly co-operate in the matter.

Mandap, Usgao. The Components of the above
