Rules, 1987, and all other powers enabling her in
that behalf, and in supersession of the Government
Notification No. 1/7/2017-GAD-II/2839 dated
24-09-2018, published in the Official Gazette,
Extraordinary No. 2, Series II No. 25 dated 24-09-2018
