1-49-2017-18/DSSL/Part/954

In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries

(Regulation) Rules, 2003 read with rule 3 of

the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and

section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897

(10 of 1897), the Government of Goa hereby

amends the Government Notification No. 1-49-

-2017-18/DSSL/252 dated 3rd January, 2018,

published

in

the

Official

Gazette,

Extraordinary No. 2, Series I No. 39

(hereinafter referred as the “Principal

Notification”) as follows, namely:—

In the Principal Notification, in the table of

names of Online/Digital Weekly Lottery, for the

expressions “8:50 p.m.” and “9:10 p.m.”, the

expressions “8:30 p.m.” and “9:00 p.m.” shall

be respectively substituted.

This Notification shall come into force with

effect from 28th day of May, 2018.
