is pleased to promote Shri Shivanand Wagle,
Subject Matter Specialist (Horticulture) to the post
of Dy. Director of Agriculture, Group ‘A’ Gazetted,
in the Directorate of Agriculture on regular basis
in the pay matrix at level-11 with immediate effect.
On promotion, Shri Shivanand Wagle shall
continue at the same place of his posting i.e.
District Agriculture Officer (North), Tonca,
Caranzalem-Goa.
Shri Shivanand Wagle shall exercise his option
within one month from the date of promotion to fix
his pay in terms of F.R. 22(I) (a) (1).

On the recommendation of the Goa Public
Service Commission as conveyed vide their letter
No. COM/I/5/78(10)/2016/311 dated 10-01-2019,
Government is pleased to appoint Ms. Sarika
Sakharam Advilkar to the post of Assistant Professor
in Marathi in Government College of Arts, Science
and Commerce, Quepem-Goa under Directorate of
Higher Education on temporary basis in the
Pay Matrix Level 10 [Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-
-39100+Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 6000/-
(pre-revised)] with immediate effect, and as per
the terms and conditions contained in the
Memorandum cited above.
Ms. Sarika Sakharam Advilkar shall be on
probation for a period of two years.
Ms. Sarika Sakharam Advilkar has been declared
medically fit by the Medical Board. The
appointment is made subject to the verification of
her character and antecedents. In the event of any
adverse remarks noticed by the Government on
verification of her character and antecedents, her
services shall be terminated.
The above appointment is made against the
vacancy occurred due to resignation of Shri Vinay
Madgaonkar, Assistant Professor in Marathi,
Government College of Arts, Science and
Commerce, Quepem-Goa.

Now therefore, the State Election Commission
in exercise of the powers conferred upon it under
Article 243K and 243ZA of the Constitution of India
and Section 10A of the Goa Municipalities Act,
1968, do hereby notify as follow:-
“The Collector and District Magistrate, South
Goa shall function as the overall Municipal Council
Election Officer (MCEO) to Ward No. XIII of
Curchorem-Cacora Municipal Council in Quepem
Taluka in South Goa District.”
This comes into force with immediate effect.
