Notice is hereby given that:-

An election will be held to elect the members of the Village Panchayat of Harvalem in Bicholim

Block/Taluka on 04-08-2019. Nomination paper may be delivered by a candidate to the Returning Officer

in his office between such hours as to be fixed by the State Election Commission.
