In exercise of the powers conferred on me under
Section 112 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and
Rule 264A of the Motor Vehicles Rules, 1991 as
amended in 2005 and as recommended by the
Executive Engineer, WD-II (R), PWD, Panaji, I, Vikas
S. N. Gaunekar, District Magistrate, North Goa
hereby notify the construction of “Rumblers” at the
places mentioned in Column No. 2 of the Schedule
herein below within the jurisdiction of Village
Panchayat Taleigao in Tiswadi Taluka.

of the speed breaker in advance of the speed breaker
and traffic signboards showing the sign “Rumblers”
at the placement of the speed breaker & thick
rumbler strips in order to regulate the motor
vehicular traffic.
The Sarpanch, Village Panchayat Taleigao,
Tiswadi is directed to publish this notification
through the Director of Information and Publicity
in local newspapers and to make necessary

leaving behind him his wife the said Especiosa
Fernandes and his two sons Remedios Arron
Rodrigues and Jenovah Silverio Rodrigues, both
unmarried, residing at Ribandar. That thereafter on
12-03-2019 expired at St. Thomas Hospital, Lambeth,
London Borough of Lambeth, Especiosa Rodrigues
also known as Especiosa Fernandes, in the status of
widow, leaving behind her two above named sons
Remedios Arron Rodrigues and Jenovah Silverio
Rodrigues, and also leaving behind a Public Will
executed on 20-07-2018 by and before the Special
Notary of the Judicial Division of Salcete at Will
Book No. 461, pages 14 to 16 leaving the said
Remedios Arron Rodrigues and Jenovah Silverio
Rodrigues as her sole and universal legal and
testamentary heirs. That besides the said heirs
testamentary and at law there does not exist any
other person who according to the law may have a
preferential right over the said heirs or who may
concur with them to the estate left by the said
Especiosa Fernandes also known as Especiosa
Rodrigues and she expired in London, presently as
