In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 203 of the Goa Panchayat

Raj Act, 1994 (Goa Act 14 of 1994), I, R. K. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), Goa State Election

Commissioner, hereby appoint the Mamlatdar of Bicholim Taluka as the “Requisitioning

Authority” and authorize him to requisition premises, vehicles etc. for the purpose

of General Elections to 5 wards of Harvalem Village Panchayat in Bicholim Taluka.
