Whereas the General Elections to 5 wards of Harvalem Village Panchayat in

Bicholim Taluka is scheduled to be held on 4th August, 2019.

Now, therefore, I, Shri R. K. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), State Election Commissioner,

Goa State in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Article 243K of the

Constitution of India and Section 237 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 read with

Rule 49 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996,

do hereby notify that the Counting of Votes in respect of General Elections to

5 wards of Harvalem Village Panchayat will be done on 5th August, 2019 from 8.00

hrs. till the Counting is completed as mentioned below:-
