In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section

(2) of Section 46 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994

(Goa Act 14 of 1994), the Government of Goa hereby

specifies the Officers mentioned in Col. No. (2) of

the Schedule hereto as the Officers who shall

preside over the first meeting of the Panchayat

mentioned in the corresponding entry in Column

No. (3) of the said Schedule to be held on

19-08-2019 to elect the Sarpanch and Dy. Sarpanch

of the Panchayat.
