In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat
(Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava, Commissioner, Goa State Election Commission, Altinho,
Panaji-Goa hereby appoint the Officers indicated in column No. 2 of the schedule given below as the
Returning Officers for the purpose of conducting these bye-elections to vacant wards of Village Panchayats
indicated in column No. 5 of the taluka in column 2 of the said schedule.
Further, in exercise of the powers vested in me under the said Rule 2(e), I, R. K. Srivastava, Commissioner,
Goa State Election Commission hereby appoint the officers indicated in column No. 4 of the said schedule
as Assistant Returning Officers for the purpose of conducting these bye-elections to the vacant wards
of Village Panchayats shown in column 5 of the said schedule.

(Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava, Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission,

In exercise of the powers conferred on me vide
Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat
(Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava,
Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission,
hereby notify that the Electoral Roll of the Goa
Legislative Assembly prepared under the
provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950
(Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force
as on 1st January, 2019 with supplement I & II for
such Constituency of the Assembly or any part
thereof as is included in the areas within the
jurisdiction of the Constituency of the Zilla
Panchayat shall be adopted for the purpose
of preparation of Electoral Roll for holding
bye-election to fill up the vacancy of Zilla
Panchayat member of 24-Querim of North Goa Zilla
Panchayat issued by the Government vide
Notification of delimitation bearing No. 19/35/
/DP/ELN/2015/(1) dated 18-02-2015.
