In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries (Regulation)
Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and section 21 of the
General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Government of Goa hereby amends Government
Notification No. 17/1/2019-Fin(R&C)/Part/3104 dated 10th July, 2019, published in the Official
Gazette (Extraordinary) Series I No. 14 dated 10th July, 2019 (hereinafter referred as the
“Principal Notification”) as follows, namely:—
In the Principal Notification, in the table of Names of Weekly Lottery, for the entries against
Serial No. 1 and shall be omitted.
This notification shall come into force with the effect from 9th day of September, 2019.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Goa Goods and Service Tax, 2017
(Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, and on
being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following
further amendment in the Governemnt Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin (R&C) (101)/2804, dated
8th May, 2019, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette, Series I No. 6 dated the 9th May,
2019, namely:—
In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words “21st day of August, 2019” the
figures, letters and word “21st day of November, 2019” shall be substituted.
This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 20-08-2019.
