In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 20(1) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Central Act

2 of 1974), the Government of Goa is pleased to confer powers of Additional District Magistrate to the

substituted officers, vide Order read at preamble (i) and (ii) as per Annexure “A” and to the officer as

shown in Annexure “B” below for the last two days prior to the day of polling i.e. 23-04-2019 till all the

EVMs are stored in the strong room during the General Elections to Lok Sabha 2019 and Bye-Elections in

North Goa District.
