I, Ram Nath Kovind, President of India, hereby appoint Shri Satya Pal Malik, to be

the Governor of Goa with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.

Given at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, this twenty-fifth day of October in the

year two thousand nineteen (03rd Kartika, 1941 Saka), in the seventieth year of the

Republic of India.
