In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 148 of the Goa Goods and Services
Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Goa
Government, on the recommendations of the
Council, hereby makes the following further
amendment in the Government notification
No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(100)/2805, dated 08th
May, 2019, published in the Extraordinary
Official Gazette, Series I No. 6, dated 09th
May, 2019, namely:—
In the said notification, in paragraph 2,
after the first proviso, the following proviso
shall be inserted, namely:—
“Provided further that the due date for
furnishing the statement containing the
details of payment of self-assessed tax in
said FORM GST CMP-08, for the quarter
July, 2019 to September, 2019, or part thereof,
shall be the 22nd day of October, 2019.”.
2. This notification shall come into force with
effect from the 18th day of October, 2019.

sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries
(Regulation) Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of

The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) for the State of Goa and Union Territories
vide Order dated 20-05-2019 has reviewed the existing Fuel and Power Purchase Cost
Adjustment Formula (FPPCA) for State of Goa and UTs. In the same Tariff Order, Commission
has approved unit cost of power purchase and approved ‘K’ factor applicable for FY 2019-20
for different consumer categories for use in the FPPCA formula.
The computations of FPPCA for 2nd Quarter of FY 2019-20 (July, 2019 to September, 2019)
to be levied for the consumption of October, 2019 to be billed in November, 2019, November,
2019 to be billed in December, 2019 & December, 2019 to be billed in January, 2020 as
tabulated below is hereby brought to the notice of the general public.
