Read: Government Notification No. 21/1/2020-HD(G)/283 dated

30-01-2020.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13C of the Goa

Public Gambling Act, 1976 (Act No. 14 of 1976), the Government

of Goa hereby appoints the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes to

be Gaming Commissioner.

This Notification shall come into force on the 1st day of February,

2020.
