In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 20 (1) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Central
Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Goa is pleased to grant powers of Addl. District Magistrate and
Executive Magistrate as shown below against their names at No. (I), (II) and (III) so that their services
could be availed to maintain Law and Order during the General Elections to the Lok Sabha, 2019 for
02-South Goa Parliamentary Constituency, from the date of announcement of the election till the model
code of conduct exists in South Goa District.
