that Anastasio Fernandes is the sole and universal
successor of the deceased late Paulo Fernandes and
Luisa Maria Fernandes alias Inaciana Rodrigues and
that there does not exist any other person who
according to law, may have a legal right of
succession or would prefer any right in the said
succession or inheritance left behind by the
deceased viz. half of the plot bearing Survey No.
54/1, which half along with House No. 608 situated
therein is situated on the western portion with the
plot bearing survey No. 54/1 of Badem at Badem
village of Bardez Taluka. That they the declarants
do not have any interest in making the present
statement, which they make in their good faith
under their sole responsibility having full
knowledge of the above facts and at the request of
the interested party and that they the declarants
do not have any relationship with both the
deceased or with the said Anastasio Fernandes
their qualified heir. Further the interested party
stated before the said witnesses that all the
statements made hereinabove by the declarants
are all true and therefore he accepts the same, for
all legal purpose and he declares that the said
deceased has left behind certain immovable
assets.
