In exercise of the powers conferred on me under
Section 115 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and as
recommended by the Dy. Supdt. of Police (Traffic),
Panaji, I, R. Menaka, IAS, District Magistrate, North
Goa District hereby notify the closure of one side of
the stretch of road from Pundalik Nagar Circle to
Malim Circle during the night time only between
09:00 p.m. to 04:00 a.m. from 10-05-2019 to
30-05-2019 within the jurisdiction of Village
Panchayat, Penha de France, Bardez-Goa.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on
me under Section 116 of the above Act, I, also
authorize the erection of traffic signboards on both
sides of the closure points.
The Supdt. of Police (Traffic) is directed to make
required traffic arrangement at both the closure
points and to ensure that traffic signboards are
erected at all strategic points and report
compliance with immediate effect.
The Supdt. of Police Traffic is further directed to
ensure that all 4 wheelers and heavy vehicles are
compulsorily diverted to the Atal Setu Bridge only
during the closure period and 2 wheelers shall be
allowed to ply to and fro from the Mandovi Bridge.
The Goa State Infrastructure Development
Corporation Ltd. to publish this notification
through the Director of Information and Publicity
in newspapers.
The above roads closure is subject to the
following conditions:-
1) The roads around KTC, Panaji and Merces
Junction shall be repaired on priority and a
fresh coat of bitumen be laid for smooth
movement of vehicular traffic.
2) In order to avoid any M. V. accident at KTC
Panaji and Merces Junction appropriate
Traffic Islands/Rotaries, Road Dividers shall
be constructed on priority.
3) Material used for barricading the closed
portion of road from Pundalik Nagar Circle to
Malim Circle shall be painted/pasted with

4) Adequate illumination shall be made on the
said closed portion of road.
5) At no given time the motorable lanes/portion
on either side be closed for movement of
vehicular traffic.
6) Sufficient traffic signage’s/cautionary boards
shall be erected all along the closed portion
of road.
7) No construction material/machinery boards
shall be dumped/stationed on the carriage-
way causing obstruction to the road users
and motorists.
8) The asphalting work shall be completed
before monsoon and preferably be under-
taken during the night time.
9) In view of Model Code of Conduct for Lok
Sabha Election being in force necessary
permission from Election Commission shall be
obtained.
10) Prior permission from the other competent
authorities be obtained in advance.
11) The permission is subject to the cancellation/
/revocation at any point of time without
further notice.

Rights to Inheritance-cum-Deed of Succession dated
25-04-2019, drawn by and before me Smt. Sujata

of Quepem at pages 84v to 86v onwards of Notarial
Book of Deeds No. 606 of this office the following is
recorded:-
That Miguel Santana Pereira, expired on 21st
December, 1988 at Curchorem, Quepem-Goa,
thereafter expired his wife Smt. Maria Rita Viegas,
on 10th August, 1997, both intestate and both
without executing any Will or any other disposition
of their last wish, but leaving behind them as their
sole and universal heirs, their following children
namely (one) Mrs. Nence Eugenia Sucoldina Pereira,
married to Antonio Lourenco Xavier Fernandes, who
expired on 9th April, 2007 at Agacaim-Goa, leaving
behind him his moiety sharer the said Mrs. Nence
Eugenia Sucoldina Pereira (the releasing party) and
as his sole and universal heir his only daughter
Mrs. Nerissa Fernandes, married to Mr. Xavier
Siqueira (the releasing parties) and (two) Mr. Roque
Aleluia Pereira, married to Mrs. Florine Tauro and
thereafter expired Roque Aleluia Pereira on 29th
April, 2014 at Goa Medical College, Bambolim-Goa,
leaving behind his as his moiety sharer the said
Florine Tauro and as his sole and universal heir his
only daughter the said interested party Miss Regina
Sylvia Pereira. That besides the aforesaid heirs
mentioned hereinabove, there are no other person
or persons who according to law may have
preference over them or who may concur alongwith
them to the inheritance left behind by the aforesaid
deceased persons.
