In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 148 of the Goa Goods and Services
Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the
Government of Goa, on the recommendations
of the Council, hereby makes the following
further amendment in the Government
Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(100)/
2805 dated 08-05-2019, published in the
Extraordinary Official Gazette, Series I No. 6
dated 9th May, 2019, namely:—
In the said notification, in the third
paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures,
letters and words “15th day of July, 2020”,
the figures, letters and words “31st day of
August, 2020” shall be substituted.

The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission
(JERC) for the State of Goa and Union
Territories vide Order dated 19-05-2020 has
reviewed the existing Fuel and Power
Purchase Cost Adjustment Formula (FPPCA)
for State of Goa and UTs. In the same Tariff
Order, Commission has approved unit cost of
power purchase and approved ‘K’ factor
applicable for FY 2020-21 for different
consumer categories for use in the FPPCA
formula.
The computations of FPPCA for 1st Quarter
of FY 2020-21 (April, 2020 to June, 2020) to
be levied for the energy consumption of July,
2020 to September, 2020 as tabulated below is
hereby brought to the notice of the general
public.
