By virtue of the power vested in me by Article 155 and 160

of the Constitution of India, I, Ram Nath Kovind, President of

India, hereby appoint Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Governor

of Maharashtra to discharge the functions of the Governor of

Goa with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.

Given at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, this eighteenth

day of August in the year two thousand twenty (27th

Shravana, 1942 Saka), in the seventy-first year of the Republic

of India.
