In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to rule 5 of

the Arms Rules, 2016 and all other powers enabling it in this

behalf, the Government of Goa hereby empowers the Additional

District Magistrate to sign the licenses, renewed by a renewing

authority, with immediate effect.
