The Government of Goa is pleased to constitute
a “Monitoring Committee” for celebration of
60th year of Goa’s Liberation beginning 19th
December, 2020 to 19th December, 2021 comprising
of the following Members to monitor the
day-to-day functioning and to oversee all activities
pertaining to various works/facilities and their
execution.

“Monitoring Committee” shall liaise with all the
Departments of the Government to ensure control
and smooth conduct and supervision of all the
necessary arrangements for the programme. This
committee shall have powers to requisition or to
avail the services and officials of any other

Department/Authority/Corporation/Agency for the
said purpose. The concerned Department/
/Authority/Corporation/Agency shall take
necessary administrative and/or financial
concurrence from “Monitoring Committee” for the
work assigned to them for this programme,
towards effecting expenditures against their
respective Budget Heads.
This issues with the approval of Government
under U.O. No. 7027/F dated 25-11-2020.
