to the Comunidades, to foster its progress and

propose to the Government some measures to be

taken in this connection and also be decided

whether, the subject of amendment to Code of

Comunidade should be taken up in convention for

deliberations.

Planning

Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as

the “Authority”), prepared a Development Plan for

alterations/additions considered necessary to the

Development Plan in operation for Vasco-da-Gama

Planning Area (hereinafter referred to as the “Draft

Outline Development Plan-2030 for Vasco-da-Gama

Planning Area”), in terms of Section 39 of the Goa

Town & Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of

1975) hereinafter referred to as the “said Act”), on

the direction of the Government issued under

Section 39 of the said Act;

And whereas the Draft Outline Development

Plan-2030 for Vasco-da-Gama Planning Area, was

submitted to the Town & Country Planning Board

(hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) for its

consideration;

And whereas, the Board in its 172nd meeting

held on 20-11-2020, considered for approval the

Draft Outline Development Plan-2030 for Vasco-da-

-Gama Planning Area and thereafter the same was

submitted to the Government under Section 34(2)

of the said Act for obtaining it’s consent to the

publication of Notice of preparation of the said

Draft Outline Development Plan-2030 for Vasco-da-

Gama Planning Area under Section 35 of the said

Act;

And whereas, the Government gave it’s approval

under Section 34(2) of the said Act for the

publication of the Notice of preparation of the Draft

Outline Development Plan-2030 for Vasco-da-Gama

Planning Area, under Section 35 of the said Act.

The Government approval has been conveyed by

the Chief Town Planner (Planning), Ex Officio Jt.

Secretary to Government of Goa vide Ref. No.

36/1/TCP/324/2018/90 dated 12-1-2021;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 39 read with Section 35 of the

said Act, the Authority hereby publishes the Draft

Outline Development Plan-2030 for Vasco-da-Gama

Planning Area, which is kept for inspection of the

public in general on all working days, in the Office

of Mormugao Planning & Development Authority,

“Commerce Centre”, IInd Floor, Vasco-da-Gama and

the Mormugao Municipal Council, Vasco-da-Gama.

Objections, if any, to the said Draft Outline

Development Plan-2030 for Vasco-da-Gama

Planning Area, may be forwarded in writing to the

Member Secretary of Mormugao Planning and

name is recorded as “Halima Siraj Sayyed”.

I say that both the above names, “Halima Bi

Shaikh” & “Mrs. Halima Siraj Sayyed” are of

one & the same person, that is of mine.

I say that this affidavit I have sworn to

produce the same in Passport office, Panaji-

Goa.

I say that the contents of said affidavit are

true and correct to my personal knowledge.
