Read: Notification No. 10/821-2019-DMA/Election to 11 MC/5712 dated 15-03-2021 published in the

Official Gazette (Extraordinary) Series II No. 50 dated 16-03-2021.

In partial modification to the above referred Notification, I, Gurudas P. Pilarnekar, Director of Urban

Development/Municipal Administration in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 9 read

with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968, hereby determine that seats shall

be reserved for Women, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes & Other Backward Classes, in different

Wards of Quepem Municipal Council only, for the purpose of ensuing Municipal Elections as per details

specified herein:-
