by Deed of Declaration of Heirship dated 11-3-2020

duly recorded under Book No. 1674 at pages 99 to

That on the 7-7-1978 at Orgao Loutulim, expired

Rajaram Gopal Turi alias Rajaram Turi alias

Gonexa Gopala Turi alias Rajaram G. Turi and on

the 8-5-2017 at Borkar Nursing Home, Margao-Goa

expired his wife Shalini Rajaram Turi alias Shalini

R. Turi alias Shalini Turi alias Xalini Turi, both hailing

from Orgao Loutulim, Salcete-Goa, both intestate

without executing any Will or any other disposition

of their last wish leaving behind as their “sole and

universal heirs” their four children and three

grandchildren namely (one) Mr. Gopal Rajaram Turi

married to Mrs. Umita Gurudas Panchwadker (two)

Mr. Shodhan Rajaram Turi married to Mrs. Sarojani

Kandolkar changed to Mrs. Shaileja Shodhan Turi

(three) Mr. Ravindra Rajaram Turi married to Mrs.

Sumita Xexicant Shetye alias Sunita Ravindra Turi

and (four) Mrs. Jaimini Turi changed to Mrs. Uma

Umesh Neugui wife of late Umesh Srinivassa Neugui

alias Umesh Neugui alias Umesh S. Neugui, the

said Umesh Srinivassa Neugui alias Umesh Neugui

alias Umesh S. Neugu, expired on the 2-4-2008, also

intestate, leaving behind his wife Mrs. Jaimini Turi

changed to Mrs. Uma Umesh Neugui as his “moiety

sharer” and as his “sole and universal heirs” his

two daughters and one son namely (a) Mrs. Upal U.

Neugui changed to Mrs. Samruddi Samir Narvenkar

married to Mr. Sameer Dattaram Narvekar (b) Mrs.

Swapnal Umesh Neugi changed to Mrs. Swapnal

Sudhir Naik married to Mr. Sudhir Laxman Naik

and (c) Mr. Apurv Umesh Neugui married to Mrs.

Raksha Naresh Pokle changed to Mrs. Raksha Apurv

Neugui, there being no one else or no other person

or heir who in terms of Law of Succession in force

in this State of Goa may prefer the estate left by the
