be made in Rule 2 I (a) (i) of Chapter I

of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side

Rules, 1960 (Reprint 1981) as amended by

the High Court Notification No. P.1602/2014

dated 29th September, 2014:—

Substitute the word “Rs. 2 crore” for

the existing word “Rs. 50 Lacs” in Rule 2 I

(a) (i) of Chapter I of the Bombay

High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960

(Reprint 1981).
