under the Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
and the Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
or in compliance with any other relevant
provisions of any other Act/Rules and also Bye-

3. The Goa State Co-operative Bank Ltd., Patto,
Panaji-Goa being the liquidator of the Vasco
Urban Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., shall
review the performance of the Shri Vishwanath
A. Chodankar every month and ensure
compliance.
4. The Goa State Co-operative Bank Ltd., Patto,
Panaji-Goa shall be fully responsible alongwith
the Shri Vishwanath A. Chodankar for any acts
in contravention of the Goa Co-operative
Societies Act, 2001, Rules, 2003 and Bye-laws of
the Vasco Urban Co-operative Credit Society
Ltd.
5. This Order shall remain in force for one year
from the date of its issue and the same can also
be withdrawn at any stage without assigning

Section 123(B) of the Goa Co-op. Societies Act, 2001
read with Rule 116 of the Goa Co-operative Societies
Rules, 2003 I, the undersigned hereby authorise the
above named nominee to entertain all disputes
referred to him by The Bhagwati Urban Co-op. Credit
Society Ltd., Pernem-Goa.
When a purported dispute is referred by the
society the above named nominee is authorised to
first decide under sub-section (1) of Section 86 of
the Goa Co-operative Societies Act whether the
matter referred by society involves a dispute and
pass appropriate Orders under sub-section (1) of
Section 86.
Only upon the nominee satisfying that there
exists a dispute he shall proceed to adjudicate the
same and give award accordingly. The nominee
shall abide by the terms and condition on which he
was originally appointed as nominee read at
Sr. 1 above.
This order shall remain in force for one year
unless removed and shall be subject to withdrawal
at any time without assigning any reasons.

Whereas, on the recommendation of the
Departmental Promotion Committee held on
20-07-2017, as conveyed by Goa Public Service
Commission vide its letter No. COM/II/11/42(6)/
/2016/744 dated 24-07-2017, the Selection Grade
officers of Goa Civil Service were promoted to Senior
Administrative Grade, on regular basis in the Level
14 of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 vide Order read
in the preamble;
And whereas, the recommendations in respect
of Shri Vinesh Arlenkar, amongst other officers were
kept in sealed cover in the said DPC;
And whereas, the disciplinary proceedings
initiated against Shri Arlenkar vide Memorandum
dated 25-11-2015 and 20-09-2017 have been closed
by the Directorate of Vigilance vide Orders dated
03-06-2020 and 23-06-2021 respectively.
And whereas, the Directorate of Vigilance has
informed that no disciplinary proceedings/
/vigilance cases are pending or being contemplated
as on 05-07-2021 in respect of Shri Vinesh Arlenkar;
And whereas, based an the above vigilance
clearance, the Goa Public Service Commission was
requested to open the findings in respect of Shri
Arlenkar which were kept in sealed cover in the
DPC held on 20-07-2017, with the Government
approval;
And whereas, the GPSC vide letter No. COM/II/
/11/42(6)/2016/310 dated 08-09-2021 has conveyed
the recommendation which was kept in sealed cover
and the same has been accepted by the
Government;
Now therefore, the Governor of Goa is pleased to
promote Shri Vinesh Arlenkar in terms of Rule 34 of
Goa Civil Service Rules, 2016 to the post of Senior
Administrative Grade, on regular basis in the Level
14 of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 w.e.f.
09-08-2017 with consequential monetary benefits
